• If the value of the ETF falls 8% from its high. e.g. High value of the ETF is $100 - if the value drops to $92, its time to sell.

When to Buy an ETF

• If the value of the ETF goes up, make sure the volume of the ETF goes up as well.
• Its better if the ETF is diversified.
  

Construction is King

Obama plans to create jobs by building roads and bridges. With the swearing in ceremony in the next few days and Obama asking the Congress to release the remaining $350 million, its time to invest in the construction industry.
